Our Laccha Paratha is made from a soft, elastic dough consisting of whole wheat flour, water, and a touch of oil or ghee. The dough is kneaded until smooth and then divided into small portions, which are rolled out into thin discs. Each disc is brushed with melted butter or ghee and then folded and pleated multiple times to create layers.
