Our Mooli Paratha begins with a soft, pliable dough made from whole wheat flour, rolled out to create the ideal base. The filling is a blend of freshly grated radish mixed with finely chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, and a medley of spices such as cumin, ajwain (carom seeds), and turmeric.
