Our Tawa Roti is made from a simple dough consisting of whole wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt. The dough is kneaded until smooth and elastic, then divided into small portions and rolled out into thin circles. Each roti is cooked on a hot tawa without any oil or ghee, allowing it to puff up and develop beautiful golden brown spots on both sides.
